Storage Services
Sometimes managing the storage and maintenance of your
trade show exhibit takes time that you or your co-workers could be spending more
productively on your company.
The Exhibit Storage & Management program at Gulf Coast
Displays & Graphics is flexible; we can customize our services to meet your
specific needs. We have a full-time Storage Manager overseeing our secured,
air conditioned warehouse in Tampa Bay, Florida. Inspections for repair or missing parts after every
use ensure that your exhibit presentation will always be at its best! We are
familiar with most show services companies and have relationships with all major
carriers. Let us take the guesswork out of getting your exhibit to your show site
in perfect condition every time!
Storage Fee:
- Portable Cases/Containers: $20.00 each up to 8 cu. ft.
- X-Small Cases/Crates/Containers: $25.00 each up to 9 - 16 cu. ft.
- Small Crate/Tubs: $30.00 each up to 17 - 32 cu. ft. (2' x 2' x 4')
- Medium Crate/Tubs: $40.00 each 33 - 64 cu. ft. (4' x 4' x 4')
- Large Crate/Tubs: $70.00 each 45 - 128 cu. ft. (4' x 4' x 8')
- X-Large Crate: containers over 128 cu. ft. require a custom quote
Inspection Fee:
Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics cleans and inspects all storage
displays for damage once they return from each show. All damages are documented
for the client and the client is made aware of damages and repair / replacement
costs for approval.
- Portables: Table top displays - $20.00 inspection
10’ display sections - $40.00 inspection
- Custom/Modular: By quote only
(determined by time in which it takes to inspect, clean and assess damages).
Usage Fee:
Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics prepares all Bills of
Lading for shipments to and from each show, inclusive of insurance. Gulf Coast
Displays & Graphics is responsible for loading and unloading all shipments at the
Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics facility. It is the users responsibility to
contact the predetermined Freight Company and schedule the freight pick-up for
return to the Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics facility or to the next show.
- Portables: 10’ display sections $10.00 per case (averages two(2) cases)
- Table Tops: each display $10.00 per case (averages one(1) case)
- Modular/Custom: $20.00 per case / crate (requiring forklift)
In the event a booth goes from one show directly to another,
the inspection fee for the additional show(s) will be voided and the usage fee
will increase per the required paperwork for freight bills of lading at $40.00
per hour in 15 minute increments.
Scheduling Fee:
To insure proper scheduling and on time delivery of freight
to convention sites or convention warehouses, Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics
can at your request, review the client provided shipping information from the
Show Service Guide, for a fee of $20.00 per show.
Shipping Fee:
Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics prepays all freight costs to
and from each show and will invoice all freight costs, usage fees, inspection
fees, and any additional services/fees directly to the client.
Additional Services/Fees:
- Storage of brochures, promotional items or items over and above
display storage - $10.00 per box/month.
- Hourly labor cost - $50.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
- Cancellation the day prior to the scheduled shipment - $25.00.
- Request for booth less than 24 hours prior to shipment - $25.00.
- Return shipments COD - $25.00 plus freight cost.
- Tracking of displays not shipped on Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics'
prepared Return Bill of Lading - $40.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
