Gulf Coast Displays & Graphics offers a variety
of rental displays and accessories to assist you in
attending multiple shows simultaneously, or to test
trade show marketing without the initial investment
in the purchase of a display.

Rental Costs
- 6' Quad Table Top: (6’x62”) with light; in roto molded case
with wheels (black or blue)
Per Day: $100.00
Per Week: $400.00
- 10’ Full Height Display: (10’ wide x 8’ high, black only) with light; in
2 roto molded cases with wheels.
Per Day: $150.00
Per Week: $600.00
- Case to Table Conversion Kit: for use with 2 cases (Black only).
Per Day: $50.00
Per Week: $200.00
Note: The 6’ Quad Table Top and 10’ Full Height
Displays include halogen lighting.
Literature shelves are available upon request.

Rental to Purchase
- When a display is purchased within 30 days following a rental,
we will apply 60% of the rental fee paid, excluding freight, toward
the purchase of a similar unit of same or greater value.
- When a display is purchased within 60 days, but more than 30 days,
following a rental, we will apply 40% of the rental fee paid, excluding freight,
toward the purchase of a similar unit of same or greater value.
- When a display is purchased within 90 days, but more than 60 days,
following a rental, we will apply 20% of the rental fee paid,
excluding freight, toward the purchase of a similar unit of same or
greater value.

Pick Up and Return Policies
- In State Trade Shows: Displays may be picked up or delivered
24 hours prior to the show date and must be returned to Gulf Coast
Displays & Graphics 48 hours after the last show day or additional
daily rental charges may apply.
- Out of State Trade Shows: Displays may be picked up or shipped
a maximum of 72 hours prior to the show date and returned within 72 hours
after the last show day or additional daily rental charges may apply.

Terms of Payment for Rentals
A signed rental contract will secure a rental.
- All rental fees and shipping charges require a 50% payment with the
signed rental contract and balance paid in full, prior to pick-up/ ship date.
- A separate refundable deposit of $500.00 is required and will be refunded upon the return
of the display after it has been inspected for damages.
(usually within 48 hours of receipt of returned display components).
- Visa and Mastercard accepted.
